Strategy Deep-Dive
The very first call with us is a 60-minute strategy session with our content lead, run by Sajal personally. We extract the doctor's experience, opinions, hard-won lessons, tone, and the specific patients they actually want to attract. By the end of the call we have the 3–5 content pillars that everything downstream compounds on. No pillar means no compounding — every video stays a one-off.

One Shoot Day
Our US-based crew comes to the doctor's office for one day. Multiple locations — operatory, consult room, exterior, wherever fits the brand. Multiple outfits. The shoot is directed end-to-end so the doctor doesn't think about angles, lighting, or scripts. They just talk about what they already know. By end of day we have a footage library deep enough to produce 12 months of content across every platform.

The Content Engine
Through years of trial and error we've burned a lot of money figuring out what actually moves the needle on social media. The result: a playbook for growing reach on any platform. Our team uses the footage library to produce a steady monthly stream — reels, shorts, podcast clips, long-form, native posts. New batches go live every month, in the client's tone, in the client's voice. Friends-and-family test: if anyone can tell it's AI-generic, we re-edit and re-script until they can't.

Distribution + Reporting
Content ships natively to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts. Each format engineered for the platform's algorithm rather than cross-posted. We track DM volume, branded search lift, and inbound booking inquiries — the metrics that actually map to patient revenue — and report monthly. What works gets doubled down on. What doesn't gets killed.
